To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policies. By making your reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below:

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date: A penalty of 25% of the total reservation value will be applied. The remaining 75% will be refunded.

• Cancellations up to 3 days before the arrival date: A penalty of 35% of the total reservation value will be applied. The remaining 65% will be refunded.

• Cancellations up to 24 hours before the arrival date: A penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be applied. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival date or “No Show”: A penalty of 100% of the total reservation value will be applied. In this case, no refund will be issued.

Important Note: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to be processed correctly. The cancellation date will be considered as of the receipt of your notification.
